Return & Damage Policy

All items from Whiskey River Craftworks are handcrafted and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery time. To process a shipping damage claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the shipping box and all packaging materials

  • Your order number

Failure to provide photo documentation of the item and original packaging may prevent us from filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Items damaged after delivery due to handling, installation, misuse, environmental exposure, or normal wear are not covered.

Whiskey River Craftworks reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate after reviewing the submitted documentation.
