Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and the handcrafted nature of our products.

Once an order has been shipped, transit times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Whiskey River Craftworks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

All orders valued at $100 or more are automatically shipped with insurance. If an insured package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can begin a claim with the carrier.

Customers must report lost or damaged shipments within 7 days of the marked delivery date so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Whiskey River Craftworks is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly or file a claim if insurance applies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Whiskey River Craftworks does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to purchase.
